My car has to get new tires ASAP.
I have to move out of my current apartment within the next two to three months.
I just received a very nice raise.
The part-time gig is still around.
Finally managed to lower my cellphone bill.

I got tired of being broke I thought I was in pretty good shape until my 401k went down in in 2007 and 2008. I had been living off the interest. My financial advisor wants me to stop using the interest so I started a Home Business. So far, it's paying for the monthly expenses.
Sorry about the new tires for your car. Don't you wish insurance picked those up?? But, congrats on your raise. I hope it leads to many more.
