I'm still waiting on final approval on my new place.
Here are a few details:
It is two bedrooms instead of my current one.
No more stairs.
Washer and dryer inside....no more going to the laundromat.
Dishwasher.....nice
15 minutes off my commute.

Hey there! i just stumbled across your blog. The title just "spoke to me" if you know what i mean lol. I only managed to get to your second recent post and thought " where does this person live? they must live close to me " sure enough ur in NYC lol i so know the drama. I'll continue to browse
