no elaboration? What'd they do? People talked me out of getting that card. Apparently with good reason.
The reps are just horrible. Many times I've called and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they put me on hold then disconnect the line. They are right up there with Bank of America with the crappy service.
Ugh that is just wrong! Are they close to being paid off?
