Decorating

My 2 bedroom condo looks a little bland. In the next few months I'll be doing some painting and other things to personalize it and make it my own. My budget is $1,500 and not a penny over. This includes the cost of supplies and labor (if I need to hired help). I am excited and looking forward to my first major decorating project.
