This whole stock market thing......

is not for the faint of heart. My 403B dipped a bit, we now under $6,900. I am not logging in again to look at it until am ready to do the roll over.

That is really going to annoy me once my retirement funds start to grow. If I lose money, I'd rather it to be because of something I did - not something a bunch of irresponsible lenders and borrowers did.

girl this lil dip was NOTHING... just think back to 9-11 now that was a dip!!! wow.. anywhoo.. that's not bad for a rollover.. it will pick up before you do it

yea its best not to watch those retirement account during these crazy market times. If you can, try to increase contributions for this month and take advantage, sounds crazy, but if Warren Buffet does it, follow girl :)

I'm a late bird, so I just really started my 403B last year (I know, I know..) and really paying attention to it last month (Again, I know! LOL. Stop looking at me like that!).

I'm reading up on how I should be investing the money. Do you have any tips? Or did you talk to a pro?

Ms. Lee I did not talk to a pro, and I have no tips since am far from an expert. I just contributed to get the company match cuz I like free stuff money included.
